G Suite app updates to embed Google+ search streams in new Google Sites

Last year in July, Google updated its G Suite app to embed Google+ streams in the new Google Sites for more engagement. Later updated in August, the new update then made it easier to embed Google+ streams in the new Google Sites featuring it as to be the most requested update from the users who want to make more interactive and engaging sites. Now the app blogs a new update where you can embed a stream of posts from a Google+ search in the new Google Sites.

This new update is primarily built on the previous launch, which helps users to embed community pages, profiles, and other Google+ streams in new Sites. By using the latest update, viewers will be able to see the exact same content, whether they’re viewing it on plus.google.com or within an embedded module in a Sites page. They’ll also be able to connect with the content and have that interaction show in both locations.

The update will also help embed posts from specific people, or you can embed a Google+ stream that aggregates posts from multiple G+ communities. Users will be able to see the content and interact with it if they choose.

To get the update, users need to open the new Google site and then click on insert at the right and then select Google Docs to choose the file that you want to add. Choose the file and click on insert then click on publish to make your desired changes saved.

Along with the new search stream update, Google has also announced to revamp its design. Google announced the adoption of new Material Design in its Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Sites G Suite applications on the web. The changes will be enabled for all G Suite Basic, G Suite Business, G Suite Enterprise, G Suite for Education, G Suite Enterprise for Education, and G Suite for Nonprofit users.

When Google updates G Suite, it’s usually only a matter of time before those changes are rolled out to consumers, so it probably won’t be long until everyone gets to see the Material Design theme in action.
