Oppo A7 has received a 3GB variant for the Indian market which has been priced at Rs. 14,990 and is all set to go on sale this Friday, January 11th, on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Paytm, and Snapdeal. It comes over a month after the launch of the 4 GB variant, launched last November, and retains the 64GB of onboard storage from the original model.
The device features dual-SIM slots and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Color OS 5.2. Its 6.2-inch In-Cell HD+ (720×1520 pixels) display has an aspect ratio of 19:9. The handset sports an impressive screen-to-bezel ratio of 88.3%, besides flaunting a waterdrop-style notch. Under the hood, Oppo A7 is being powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, which has been paired with an Adreno 506 GPU 3GB and 4GB RAM options.
Oppo A7 features a dual camera setup of a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and 2 MP secondary sensor with an f/2.4 aperture on its rear; and a 16MP camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture on its anterior. It also has support for features like AR Stickers.
Oppo A7 includes support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, and Micro-USB with OTG support. It has been further equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack, an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor, along with a fingerprint sensor at the back. Finally, it receives its charge from a 4,230mAh battery with dimensions of 155.9×75.4×8.1mm.
