Samsung announces new and elegant generation of three new futuristic monitors

In the field of screen technology, Samsung has proven to be one of the main players. Continuing with the trend, the company announced its next generation of monitors that promise to improve the video game experience and optimize the modern workspace.

The company says that each monitor offers the best in technology, from ultra-wide screens and realistic colors for immersive games to designs that save space and increase productivity. The three new monitors that will be exhibited at the CES 2019 convention next week, are the Samsung Space Monitor, modern and minimalist; the CRG9 designed for a superior gaming experience; and the UR59C, an impressively curved 4K UHD monitor, ideal for content creators. Here we present more details about each of them.

SAMSUNG SPACE MONITOR – Modern, minimalist and flexible design

This screen has mobile integrated support, ideal to save space on your desktop since you can position it as you want. There will be 2 versions, with a special one for gamers. This monitor takes advantage of its design and functionality with its exclusive integrated solution, to honor its name and save space. Beyond aesthetics, the 27-inch model offers QHD resolution for detailed and sharp images, while the 32-inch model features 4K UHD content.

The Samsung Space Monitor is easy to set up and adjust when you’re not using it, and easy to push back and save it against the wall. Through simple ergonomic adjustment, access to ports and a discreet cable management system, Space promises to improve the form and function of any workstation, whether in the office or at home.

49 INCH CRG9 VIDEO GAME MONITOR – Super ultra widescreen with Dual QHD resolution

The CRG9 monitor which is an intermediate update of the popular CHG90 feature a Super-Wide 49-inch screen is maintained 32: 9 aspect ratio format, but now with a QHD resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels, support for HDR10 and brightness of up to 1,000 nits, it offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and a response time of 4ms.

The monitor also supports AMD Radeon FreeSync2 HDR technology, which reduces the annoying “stuttering” and input latency, ensuring a high and stable image speed, these are essential features to have a better video gaming experience. As for ports, it includes one HDMI and two DisplayPort, and the USB 3.0 connectivity slot along with the 3.5mm audio jack.

32-INCH UR59C CURVED MONITOR – A curved UHD 4K design designed for content creators

The UR59C 32 aims to win over content creators. It integrates a 32-inch curved screen and 4K resolution (3840 × 2160). The curvature is at 1500R to offer an immersive experience. It stands out its ultra slim design (6.7mm) with frames that are barely visible, while the base will take care of hiding the connected cables.

Available in dark blue-gray, the UR59C has an ultra-slim design, with a contrast ratio of 2,500: 1. The company claims that the curvature offers a truly immersive experience that shines when creating content and art, watching videos or enjoying video games on this Curved Monitor.
