On Monday, 7th of January in a press conference, Sony spoke about how their entertainment content plays an important role in making and empowering Sony as an outstanding technology.
Sony introduced their new lineup for CES 2019 like BRAVIA MASTER Series’ and shows off Sony’s high picture and audio quality technology that delivers creators purpose directly to the users & Sony 360 Reality Audio, which would give you a great music experience with creating sound fields.
CEO of Sony Music Entertainment Rob Stringer introduced the new music experience which Sony would be delivering soon as 360 Reality Audio.

Chairman of the Motion Pictures Tom Rothman and President of Sony Pictures of Animation, SPE Kristine Belson, They introduced Sony’s CineAlta Camera VENICE and α9 full-frame mirrorless camera that was used in creating the TV shows and films. Then after this, they talked about Sony’s new TV lineup, including the BRAVIA MASTER Series that adapts the creators’ artistic intent and delivers content to users.
BRAVIA MASTER Series Z9G
The BRAVIA MASTER Series Z9G is the company’s first 8K LCD TV which features the next generation image processor X1 Ultimate which is provided with 8K ultra-resolution algorithm custom database. This also has 8K X-Reality PRO which would convert any content to 8K resolution. This also has a unique Backlight Master Drive technology feature, it also has a newly developed LED module. It also sports multi-audio which features four speakers which are placed below and above the screen.
4K OLED BRAVIA MASTER Series A9G
This new flagship of Sony 4K OLED BRAVIA MASTER Series A9G is almost half of the previous model in thickness which would adjust in any space. It supports a unique technology of unique Pixel Contrast Booster panel control. It also produces Audio plus technology which comes directly out through the screen itself. This television also features Netflix Calibrated Mode.
360 Reality Audio
Sony’s technology is introducing 360 Reality Audio for a new music experience that would create a sound field. This would give you a totally new experience of very rich music and sound quality with the support of High-Resolution Audio (Hi-Res).
This 360 Reality Audio is meant possible through the spatial audio technology, which adds up positional information, adds distance, angle, instruments that also adds up musical elements inside the 360-degree space for the listeners.
PlayStation
Sony’s largest selling and the loved product has always been PlayStation which recently registered 91.6 million 8 units worldwide selling. PlayStation has 90 million active global users.
Now the users can play PlayStation 4 and Virtual Reality title games like the action game Astro Bot: Rescue Mission on PlayStation VR. This would totally enhance the gaming experience and also the appeal of the PlayStation 4 platform.
