Ola to issue 10Mn credit cards by 2022 with SBI and Visa

Ola has launched its new credit card service. For this, it has tied up with the SBI Bank. The name of this credit card is Ola Money SBI Credit Card. This card can be used in all the merchant outlets across the country, which accept the Visa card. The card is the biggest quality cashback.

Ola will now just offer this credit card to her selected customers. After a few months, the card will be issued to other people. Ola’s spokesperson gave this information. The goal of the company is to release such one crore cards by 2020.

Among the companies offering app-based cab services, The company has released the Credit Card in partnership with State Bank of India (SBI), the largest bank in the country. There is no joining fee for this card powered by Visa and it will make payment facility easier for the hail users. Ola is aiming to issue 10 million Ola Money SBI Credit Cards by 2022. Ola launched Ola Money in 2015. Shortly after that, the company started giving Short Term Credit through Ola Postpaid.

Ola customers will be able to apply for the Ola Money SBI credit card through Ola App and could easily manage it through the app. Card users will get the highest cashback and rewards on this credit card. This cashback and rewards will automatically be credited to Ola Money, which can be redeemed in Ola Rides, flights and hotel bookings and its validity will also be Lifetime.

Ola’s CEO and co-founder Bhavish Agrawal claims that the country’s digital economy will be promoted through Ola Money SBI Credit Card. He said that more than 150 million people are associated with the Ola platform this time and through the Credit card, they will get an experience for payment. According to Hardyal Prasad, MD & CEO of SBI Card, this will provide innovative and first payment solutions of the industry to its customers.
